Any Content on the Platform that you consider unlawful, or contrary to our Terms of Service: a profile, a Position, a message or a document.

Write to report@aerocertlink.com. Your report should:

• identify the Content and its location (for example, the address of the page);
• explain why you consider it unlawful or contrary to the Terms;
• Your name and e-mail address are optional, but without them we cannot reply to you or tell you what we decided.

We acknowledge receipt without delay and process reports diligently, objectively and without arbitrary decision. Where we remove or restrict access to Content, or suspend or terminate an account, we give the User concerned a statement of reasons on a durable medium, stating the facts relied upon, the ground and the means of redress available. Our moderation decisions are taken by a human being.
